These terms govern your use of excelcreditrepair.co. They are not the client agreement. If you engage Excel Credit Repair to perform credit repair services, a separate written contract and the disclosures required by law will be provided to you before any services begin.
Excel Credit Repair is a credit repair organization providing personal consumer credit repair services. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, law firm, credit counseling agency, or debt settlement company, and we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

This site describes our services and lets you request a free review. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, an approval, a promise of any outcome, or advice about your particular situation. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship.
We do not guarantee any specific credit score, any specific increase in a score, the removal or modification of any specific item on a credit report, approval for any loan or line of credit, or that any result will occur within any period of time. Outcomes depend on the contents of your individual credit file and on how the credit bureaus and the furnishers of information respond.
Any statement by any person that appears to promise such a result is not authorized by us and is not part of any agreement with us.
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your own credit reports directly with the credit bureaus at no cost. You may obtain a copy of your credit reports from the nationwide credit bureaus, and you are entitled to free copies under federal law.
Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, before any contract for credit repair services is signed you will receive a separate written statement of your rights, and you have the right to cancel that contract without charge within three business days of signing it. Credit repair organizations may not require or accept payment before the services they have agreed to perform have been fully performed.
By providing your phone number and email you agree we may contact you about your enquiry and your file. Marketing and promotional messages are sent only where you have separately consented, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us. See our Privacy Policy.
Some clients reach us through a mortgage professional or other referral partner. Where that is the case, we will ask your permission separately before sharing any progress information with that partner, and we share milestone status only — never your credit reports, your scores, or the contents of your file. Declining has no effect on the service you receive.
This site may link to or rely on services operated by others. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and a link is not an endorsement.
The content of this site, including its text, design, and marks, belongs to Excel Credit Repair or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy or republish the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Excel Credit Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
