About

A credit repair company that tells you the truth first.

Excel Credit Repair works with consumers whose credit is standing between them and something specific. We are deliberately plain about what this work is, what it can do, and what it cannot.

Why the company exists.

Most people arrive here after being told no. A lender, a landlord, an underwriter — someone looked at a credit report and the answer changed. What is usually missing at that point is not motivation. It is a clear reading of what is actually on the report, which parts of it can be challenged, and which parts are simply going to take time.

That is the gap this company works in. Not a promise of a number, and not a shortcut. A careful reading, a proper set of disputes, and an honest account of what is realistic.

How we approach the work.

  • We look before we quote. The review comes first, and it is free. If your file is not one we can meaningfully help, we would rather say so.
  • We dispute what is challengeable, not everything. Blanket-disputing accurate, current accounts wastes your money and can waste the bureaus' patience.
  • We tell you what is happening. You hear from us as responses come back, not only when something goes right.
  • We do not make promises the law does not allow. No score guarantees, no guaranteed deletions, no approval guarantees, no timelines.

What you should expect.

A free review of all three credit reports. A conversation about what we found and what it means for the specific thing you are trying to do. If we work together, disputes prepared and sent on your behalf, tracked and followed up. If we do not, you still leave knowing where you stand.

Progress in credit repair is uneven. Some items resolve quickly, some do not resolve at all, and some parts of a credit profile only improve with time and payment history. Anyone who describes it differently is selling something.
