Excel Credit Repair works the personal-credit obstacle that is holding the file up. You stay the loan officer on the relationship, and the borrower comes back to you.
We are not a lender and not a mortgage broker. We do not originate loans, we do not hand your borrower to another loan officer, and we do not market mortgage services to the people you send us. The mortgage relationship stays yours.
Most partner relationships start with a single file — the one that has been sitting in your pipeline because credit is the thing standing in the way.
The borrower whose transaction is held up primarily by personal credit. An introduction is enough — there is nothing for you to sign.
We review the borrower's credit reports with them and dispute items that appear inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable. That work happens directly between Excel and the borrower.
When they are ready to move forward, they go back to the loan officer who originated the relationship. That is the point of the referral.
Progress updates are shared only where the borrower has given written permission, and only at milestone level. We never share a borrower's credit reports, their scores, or any detail of their file.
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, no credit repair company can lawfully guarantee a specific result. Any company that does is telling you something it cannot deliver.
If the answer is yes, that is the file to start with. Tell us about that borrower, or book a short call and we will tell you plainly whether it is something we can help with.
Some partners later choose to join our referral program. That is a conversation for after we have worked a file together — it is not the reason to send us the first borrower, and it is not a condition of working with us.
Excel Credit Repair is a credit repair organization. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, law firm, or credit counseling agency, and nothing on this page is legal or financial advice. Consumers have the right to dispute inaccurate information on their own credit reports at no cost by contacting the credit bureaus directly.
