For business owners

Lenders are still looking at your personal credit.

However well the business is doing, most small-business lenders underwrite the owner as well as the company. If your personal credit is the part that keeps coming back as the problem, that is the part we work on.

Why this comes up

The owner's file is part of the business's file.

Personal guarantees, owner credit pulls, and personal-credit minimums are ordinary features of small-business lending. That means a problem on your personal report can sit between a healthy business and the financing it is trying to reach — and it will keep doing that until the report itself changes.

We work on the personal-credit side of that. Not the business plan, not the financials, not the lender relationship — the credit obstacle.

What we work on

  • All three personal credit reports, read properly rather than skimmed.
  • Items that appear inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or that a furnisher may not be able to verify.
  • Disputes prepared and sent on your behalf, with the responses tracked and followed up.
  • A straight answer up front about which parts of the problem are challengeable and which are not.

Be clear about what this is not.

  • We are not a business funding company, a broker, or a lender, and we do not arrange capital.
  • We do not promise loan approval, a funding amount, a credit limit, or an interest rate.
  • We do not build or sell "business credit" programs, shelf corporations, or tradeline schemes.
  • We do not promise a score, a number of points, or the removal of any specific item.

What we do is ordinary, lawful personal-credit repair, and we would rather tell you it will not move the needle for you than take the engagement.

Start with what is on the reports.

Tell us what you are trying to finance and we will review your personal credit and tell you whether it is the real obstacle.
